Direction Drill Operator/Locator
The Direction Drill Operator/Locator position is based in Ashburton and the successful applicant will be expected to work throughout the South Island reporting to the Area Manager. Although previous operator experience is preferred, it is envisaged that trainee applicants may also be considered. It is expected that applicants will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous experience in the industry
- Familiar with traffic management
- Be able to read and understand utillity plans
- Be competent in all aspects of directional drilling
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Be self motivated
- Have good communication skills
- Be familiar with Safe Work practices and health and safety procedures
